Come alive! Kount yourself in the Pepsi generation.
One curious little point of contention has caught my eye. The word Pepsi has a fairly derogative meaning when used to describe someone from Quebec. It is synonymous to the word hick in American culture. Evidently a certain group of people here consume large portions of Pepsi, or maybe not. (Pepsi happens to be my favorite soft drink as well)
To illustrate the point I went to a small gathering at a new French Kay-Becker (Quebecois) friend's house. He asked me if I wanted something to drink. I said, "Thanks, that sounds good do you have any Pepsi." He acted a little bothered, smiled and said, "There is no Pepsi in this house."
I mean no disrespect to my Quebec friends
I just find
it surreal to have the word Pepsi used this way. ... And Christ
du Bloke is pretty enigmatic as well
The picture I sent is a giant snow-blower, which runs around on the street "chomping" snow to bits. Unfortunately it is only shown eating a small snack in this photo. It's much more impressive devouring a mountain of ice.
